Using the Movies as Multipurpose resource in Learning ProcessUsing Process

Abstract
The article deals with using the movies purposefully for achieving the aims of National Curriculum. The article is about the movies as multipurpose resources and their usage either at English or at Georgian Language lesson. We discuss the impact of using the movies on improving such foreign language competences as listening and speaking and developing critical thinking skills at Georgian lesson. As it is well-known developing listening and speaking skills is very crucial among language competences, as these skills highly help the students in real-life communicative situations. In technological era listening task is not a boring activity, but it can be represented to the students with various forms, for example with songs, parts of different movies or with watching the advertisements in target language. Moreover, the article presents the method of using the movies for developing critical thinking and problem solving skills at Georgian Language lesson.
